Automation Services Limited, the registered address being Waterloo Trading
Estate, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire SA72 4RR
Our products are made available for sale to you subject to the following Terms &
Conditions. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be
bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below. We therefore suggest you read

Formation of Contract and Governing Law
A contract for the sale of goods between you and AC Automation Services will
be deemed to exist once your goods have been despatched, unless we have notified
you that we cannot accept your order for whatever reason, or if you have
cancelled your order before it is despatched (see “Cancellation rights” below).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
To be eligible to purchase products on the IPD website and lawfully enter into
a contract on the website, you must register with us by providing your real
name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested
information. You confirm that the debit or credit card being used is yours and
is valid. We reserve the right to refuse to take a credit or debit card issued
by a bank unacceptable to us.
If your card issuer refuses or fails to make the agreed payment to us, A C
Automation Services shall be entitled to cancel the contract and/or suspend any
further deliveries to you.
You are responsible to A C Automation Services for ensuring the accuracy of your
order and for ensuring the accuracy of the information you shall provide to
enable AC Automation Services to fulfil your order. The quantity and description
of the goods to be sent to you by A C Automation Services will be confirmed in
writing by an email confirmation of your order. You are responsible for
verifying that the quantity and description of goods given in this email

Ownership of the goods shall pass to you as soon as AC Automation Services has
received payment in full of the price of the goods and the cost of postage and
packaging.
AC Automation Services shall not be liable to you, or deemed to be in breach of
contract, due to any delay in performing or, failure to perform, any of its
obligations in relation to a contract, if the delay or failure was due to any
cause beyond reasonable control of AC Automation Services.
The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and
shall be governed by the laws of England. You and AC Automation Services both
irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Although we are happy to consider orders arising from outside the United
Kingdom, we cannot give any guarantee that the use of this website or the
placing of any order through this website complies with any applicable
non-United Kingdom laws or regulations
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your contract with AC Automation Services for any reason by
giving written notice (this includes email) to AC Automation Services within 7
working days of the date of receiving your goods. If you cancel within this time
any payments you have made, including for postage and packaging, will be
refunded in full.
Please see How to Order for details of how to cancel the contract before your
order is despatched. If your order has already been despatched please follow the
procedure set out under Returns.
You must return to AC Automation Services any products, which have been sent to
you under the cancelled contract. These products must be returned to AC
Automation Services in perfect condition, unused and in their original
packaging.

Prices,
Taxes and Delivery
All prices displayed on the AC
Automation Services website are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT (UK
sales tax) at 17.5%. Prices exclusive of VAT will be quoted upon request. Any
customs or import duties payable when your AC Automation Services goods are sent
to a country other than the UK are your responsibility as we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict them. You also accept responsibility for
conforming with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of
goods into your country.
The total cost of your order reflects the price of your products plus
appropriate postage and packaging charges. All credit/debit cardholders are
subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer
of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will
not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

that while we make every effort to ensure that your goods are despatched within
the timescales promised, these are estimates only and delays are occasionally
inevitable. AC Automation Services Ltd will not be liable for any loss caused to
you by failure to deliver goods by any estimated delivery date.
Please also note that prices on the website are subject to change without
notice.
Conformity of Goods
AC Automation Services takes every reasonable care to ensure that the
descriptions, specifications and prices of its products given on the IPD
website are accurate and correct at the time when the relevant information was
loaded onto the website. However we cannot guarantee that all information is
complete, reliable, accurate and up-to-date, or otherwise free from errors.
Though we do make every effort to ensure that sizes and measurements are as
accurate as possible, please note that they can only be approximate.
Although we aim to update all information on the website as soon as applicable,
the information, including product descriptions, specifications and pricing,
which appears on the IPD website may not always reflect the position at the
exact moment when you place an order.
If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will
inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your
order at the correct price, or cancelling it. We will not proceed with the order
until we have reconfirmed it with you.
Colour representation on the website is as close as we can get it, but we cannot
accept responsibility for slight colour variations caused by photography,
computers and/or browsers.
Refusal
of Transaction
AC Automation Services reserves the right to refuse any order placed for any
reason whatsoever. Non-acceptance of an order may arise from, but is not limited
to, product unavailability, lack of payment authorisation from your cardholder,
or the identification of an error within the price or product details. We will
contact you immediately if for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your
order.
AC Automation Services reserves the right to withdraw any products from the IPD
website at any time and/or to remove or edit content from the site. We will
incur no liability to you or any third party if we withdraw a product from the
website.
Personal Information and Website Security
By offering to buy a product you specifically authorise us to transmit
information or to obtain information about you from third parties, including,
but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports. This
information may be used to authenticate your identity, validate your credit
card, obtain an initial credit card authorisation and authorise individual
purchase transactions.
We will take all reasonable precautions, in so far as it is in our power to do
so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are
negligent we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party
gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering
from the IPD website.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that the website will be compatible with
your computer terminal and cannot accept liability for any corruption or loss of
data held on your computer or any liability for any other form of loss or damage
arising from use of the IPD website.

to, written text, graphics, designs, icons and images, is the property of AC
Automation Services Limited. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any trademarks or logos
displayed on the website are the property of AC Automation Services Limited.
Neither the content or any trademarks and logos, nor any other portion of the
website may be used, reproduced, distributed, duplicated, copied, sold or
otherwise exploited, in anyway whatsoever, without the prior consent of AC
Automation Services Limited in writing.
Please note that you may only host a link to the IPD website with our express
permission in writing. We reserve the right to withdraw our consent to any links
to our website if they are no longer
deemed by us to be appropriate for any reason whatsoever.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
AC Automation Services reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions
at any time without specifically notifying its customers other than via the IPD
website. These alterations will apply to any orders received after the Terms &
Conditions have been amended on the website.
Refund Policy
Returns
We are certain you will be thrilled with your IPD purchase. However, we
understand that when shopping online you may occasionally want to return goods.
Therefore If for any reason you don’t like the goods you receive, we will be
pleased either to exchange the item or offer you a full refund, provided that
the product is unused, in perfect condition and returned in its original
packaging within 7 days of receipt.
How to Return Goods
• Complete the returns form enclosed with your order, giving details of
the product you’re sending back and indicating whether you would like a refund
or an exchange.
• Pack the item/s back in the parcel, include the returns form and send it
to: AC Automation Services Ltd, Waterloo Trading Estate, Pembroke Dock,
Pembrokeshire, SA72 4RR
• We strongly recommend that you either
send your parcel recorded delivery or obtain a free receipt of postage from the
Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or
lost in transit. Please note we will only refund return postage on damaged or
faulty goods.
• Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the person who
bought the gift.
• We process returns as soon as they arrive. Any exchanges should be
despatched within 2 working days but please allow up to 5 working days for your
refund to be processed.
• The above process must be followed to ensure you receive a refund. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
